Techné AI

How Techné AI works.

Two rungs. The libraries are how the market accesses the firm's thinking — maintained, instrumented, priced for a single signature. The Bench is the exception: five advisory seats, total, by application.

How the work begins

Before the statutes, the problem. The work starts by drawing two pictures: where an organization stands today — the AI it runs, the exposure it carries, the gaps it has not yet named — and where it needs to stand as the law and the technology move. The distance between the two is the work.

That distance keeps changing. The field moves faster than any single statute, and a posture that was defensible in January may not be by June. So the firm is built to keep its readers' footing current — maintained libraries whose documents move when the rules move, instruments that regenerate their outputs, and a public corrections log — not to deliver a report and leave.

Rung two

The Bench.

Five advisory seats, total — the firm's only advisory offering. Application-only, with priority to library subscribers. $12,500 per month, six-month minimum. A seat includes the subscription, a quarterly board-facing briefing prepared for that client, one monthly office hour, and capped responsive hours.

Open-seat count is published honestly — when seats are full, they are full. Ask about an open seat through the contact page.

The standard

Everything above is governed by one firm-wide editorial standard — sourcing, dated claims, founder-conducted review, and a public corrections log. View the corrections log.
