In the interim, the summary below describes our actual practices and a contact for any privacy-related question.
Information we collect
When you visit techne.ai we collect minimal information necessary to operate the site: standard request logs (IP address, user-agent, referrer) for analytics and security purposes. When you submit the contact form, we receive the information you provide (name, organization, role, email, optional phone, service of interest, brief description, and optional referral source).
We do not run third-party advertising trackers. Analytics, if configured, is privacy-respecting and does not associate site visits with named individuals.
How we use information
Information you submit through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule a conversation, and (with your consent) follow up about engagement. We do not sell or rent contact information.
If you subscribe to our Substack, that subscription and any email correspondence is governed by Substack's privacy policy and our newsletter list management practices, separate from this site.
Your rights
If you are an EU/UK resident under GDPR or a California resident under CCPA/CPRA, you have rights to access, correction, deletion, and (where applicable) portability of the personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@techne.ai. We respond within 30 days.
